Important Notice Regarding Safety and Liability
Golden Path Pedals are designed specifically for use with electronic equipment with proper electrical safety grounding that have been approved by nationally recognized electrical authorities such as Underwriter’s Laboratories (USA) and similar bodies in countries around the world.
Connecting different combinations of amplifiers, pedals and other electronic equipment together can create the possibility of electric shock. The user is solely responsible for any and all consequences of the use and interconnection of these products, the result of which is beyond the control of Golden Path Pedals.
Golden Path products carry a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase to the original owner with documented proof of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover abuse above and beyond normal wear and tear or modification or repair done by third parties.

Customer email addresses, shipping address, and all other customer information are kept strictly confidential and are never sold or shared outside of Golden Path Pedals. We may occasionally send you an informational e-mail related to our products, which will always contain an opt-out link. (See also Website Terms and Conditions)
In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order.
We charge sales tax in accordance with the laws of each state.
Most items for delivery within the U.S. are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority 2-3 day shipping with delivery confirmation. Free shipping applies only to products shipped within the U.S.. International shipping is free only when specifically stated.
Import Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for paying import taxes that may be assessed by their government. Golden Path Pedals does not keep track of international duties and taxes and cannot provide information on what they might be.
Contact us first before returning your product to Golden Path. We will first attempt resolve your issue without need to return it. Using our sole discretion, we may authorize a product return and subsequently issue a RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number as part of the return process.
Ship the product (along with any associated material) securely packed and insured along with a copy of proof of purchase and the RMA number on the outside of the package. Packages will not be accepted that do not have an RMA number clearly visible. The customer is responsible for paying postage (and any import duties and/or taxes if applicable). We take no responsibility for a returned item that is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. It is recommended to ship using a carrier and class of service that provides tracking information. If return policies are violated, we reserve the right to either assess a restocking fee or refuse the returned item altogether.
